The shortlist nominees for the Cost Sector Catering Awards 2015 have been revealed and the winners will be announced at the awards dinner at the Hilton Metropole, London on 9 April.

There were 138 nominations in 2014 and that figure has leapt to 159 this year.

There are two new awards to be given this year - Special Contribution Award, and Training and Apprenticeship Award.
