Kenny Atkinson, director of food at Rockliffe Hall in County Durham, is due to launch a second restaurant at the hotel where he also runs the Orangery.
The brasserie by Atkinson, will launch next week at the five star resort and will replace the 61-bedroom hotel’s existing Waterhouse Bistro adjacent to its spa. The space has undergone a complete refurbishment and will reopen with a modern yet relaxed feel offering a simple British menu.
