Corbin & King has confirmed it will be opening a fish restaurant in London's Soho.
A spokesperson for the group told Caterlyst, 'We received planning for the Bateman Buildings in Soho. To open next spring, it will be a 240-cover affordably priced fish restaurant.'
The three-storey site, which sits on a pedestrian-only alleyway, will be transformed to become one of the largest seafood restaurants in the capital.
The main dining room will be on the first floor with a less formal dining space and bar on the ground floor, and kitchens in the basement.
The new restaurant will also feature a private dining room, as well as a large outdoor 44-cover terrace.
This will be the ninth restaurant for the duo behind the company, Chris Corbin and Jeremy King, whose portfolio includes The Wolseley and Brasserie Zedel.
