Kelloggs is reported to be planning to open a new 526,000 sq ft food warehouse in St Helens, Merseyside.
The cereal and snack manufacturer is thought to have signed an agreement for the remaining warehouse at the £150m Florida Farm in Haydock with development firm, Bericote.
The warehouse boasts 476,320 sq ft of warehouse space and 49,000 sq ft of offices including Pod Offices and two storey offices. It also has 162 HGV and 540 car parking spaces.
