Valor Hospitality Partners has more than doubled its UK portfolio over the past five years, growing from 17 hotels in 2021 to 40 in 2026, marking a significant milestone in the company’s continued expansion across the UK market.
This sustained growth reflects Valor’s long-term commitment to the UK.
The US-headquartered global company entered the European market in 2014, launching with the management of 11 IHG-branded hotels and quickly establishing a reputation as a trusted partner for hotel owners and investors.
Sustained momentum into 2026 has expanded Valor’s UK portfolio to 7,000 bedrooms, including four hotels that transitioned this month from Northwest-based Tower Hotel Management.
The new additions include Crowne Plaza Aberdeen Airport, Holiday Inn Express Aberdeen Airport, Holiday Inn Express Trafford City, and Hampton by Hilton Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
Together, they add 700 bedrooms, 17 meeting rooms, and a range of food and beverage facilities, joining Valor’s diverse portfolio of well-known branded and independent hotels across the UK.
These additions further strengthen Valor’s global portfolio, now spanning 100+ properties across 65 cities and 22 countries. Since its founding in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2012 by Euan McGlashan and Steve Cesinger, the company has become a trusted name in international hospitality.
As Valor’s UK business has grown, the company has continued to invest in fostering a positive workplace culture. This commitment has earned Valor a place on The Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for two consecutive years, including recognition as the best employer in the hospitality spotlight category in 2025.
Brian McCarthy, Valor Hospitality’s UK President, commented: “We have come a long way since 2014. Our success has been a function of hard work, a strong focus on the delivery of excellence and a commitment to creating a great working environment. While these have been key, the real cornerstone has been the delivery of exceptional commercial results for our owners.
“I would like to say thank you to the owners who have trusted us to deliver on their behalf and who have afforded us the opportunities to develop our business. While the environment might be unpredictable, I am confident that our best days lie ahead of us. Here’s to the next key milestone”.
Euan McGlashan, Global Co-Founder and CEO of Valor Hospitality Partners, added: “We are proud to be steadily expanding our footprint and strengthening our presence across multiple brands and markets, driven by our commitment to operational excellence, guest-centric innovation and a people-first culture. As we welcome the four new hotels into the Valor portfolio, we believe it reinforces our position as one of the most forward-thinking and fastest-growing hospitality management companies in the world. A world of constant change, which excites us and which we embrace, yet one where we remain firmly grounded by our DNA of an incredible culture, wrapped in commerciality, while building a loyal following of guests.”
