Luxury hotel, Grand Jersey has just been awarded five stars by the AA, making it only the second Jersey hotel to have attained the top grade. The other island 5-star property is Longueville Manor. Property investment company Delancey paid £15.5m for the 123-bedroom Grand Jersey site, and has since spent a further £15m on refurbishment.
