Ireland-based Dalata Hotel Group has announced that it intends to rebrand all its ten newly acquired hotels in the UK and Ireland as Clayton Hotels by the end of this year.
These hotels include the Bewleys branded hotels as well as the Maldron Hotel in Cardiff.
Dalata is planning a €27m redevelopment and upgrading package, including a rollout of the Clayton Hotel signature bedrooms.
The group was founded in 2007 by Pat McCann, the form CEO of Jurys Doyle Hotel Group. Dalata now operates 45 hotels with 7,480 rooms across the UK and Ireland.
