M Restaurants to serve up caviar tasting menu


M Restaurants is to celebrate National Caviar Day with a special six-course caviar tasting menu that will be available from 18 to 25 July from both RAW and GRILL.

The event will see M Restaurants team up with Volzhenka Beluga – Russia’s finest breeders of Russian Sturgeons and Caspian Beluga & Dom Perignon to bring tasting menus, platters, 2004 and 1994 Champagnes, plus the Double Dom Cocktail.

The menu will feature Vodka, Watermelons and Cucumber Consommé that’s topped with a Caviar and Parmesan tuile, Goat’s Cheese Emulsion with Caviar and toasted Brioche soldiers, and a Creme Fraiche Creme Brulee with Caviar and Champagne Jelly.

Bespoke cocktails include the Caviar-Tini created with Belvedere Vodka, Rose Water and Creme of Caviar.
