Churchill Services has acquired Pride Catering Partnership in a move to enhance its existing service capability and grow its profile in the catering industry.
Pride offers a range of catering-based services in education, senior living and the wider business sector throughout London and the South East. Formed in 1998, the company has built an impressive reputation and an impressive client list, Churchill says.
The deal is described as a natural fit for both organisations, strengthening services and market position.
Pride Catering will remain an individual operating company within the Churchill Services Group and all current senior management will remain with the company.
