Sister firm of Splendid Hospitality, Splendid Restaurants has secured two sites for the debut of concept Absurd Bird in London's Spitafields and Soho.
The company is planning to open more than 25 sites over the next ten years under a variety of brands, including Absurd Bird, and Jack & Alice, the fledgling wine bar-pantry concept.
Jack & Alice (salad pictured) has one site in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire and is set to open a second outlet in Tring, Hertfordshire.
