Private member's club firm, Soho House Group is to migrate north for the first time with a new hotel in Manchester, according to media reports.
The company is to move into Old Granada Studios as part of Allied London’s £1.2bn regeneration of a 25-acre Quay Street site.
Planning permission was granted in October for the hotel, which will offer 150 bedrooms and the city's first rooftop swimming pool.
The venue will also feature a top floor club, a media workspace studio and suites, a boutique cinema, a live performance space, plus private bars and restaurants.
Non-members are also permitted to stay at its properties, but access at peak times and weekends is prioritised for members.
