St Dunstan's is to create up to 70 jobs at its new £12m health centre for ex-servicemen and women due to open in Llandudno in August.
The national charity provides training and rehabilitation to blind and visually-impaired ex-service men and women. They currently have centres in Brighton and Sheffield.
