Sticks n Sushi opens first restaurant beyond London

Sticks 'n' Sushi has opened its fifth restaurant, which is situated in Cambridge, and is the group's first UK restaurant outside of London.

The 108-cover city centre restaurant has created 50 new jobs. It features a central bar with seating, and a mix of single and sharing tables around the room.

Sticks'n'Sushi offers a menu of sushi alongside a selection of chicken, pork, beef, lamb and vegetable 'yakitori', meaning sticks, from the open coal gril

The brand was founded 22 years ago by brothers Kim & Jens Rahbek together with Thor Andersen.
