Iberica to open first Scottish site in Glasgow

Spanish chain Ibérica opens its doors on its first Scottish restaurant in Glasgow on 30 September, which will be situated in an old Victorian bank building on the corner of St Vincent Street and Hope Street, and headed up by Michelin-starred executive head chef (Nacho Manzano, of Casa Marcial fame)

The branch will also have a delicatessen selling olive oils, hams, cured meats, preserved fish and vegetables, as well as sandwiches (or bocadillos) to take away.
