Capital Pub Company Rejects Fuller's £54m Offer
The Capital Pub Company has rejected an offer from London brewer and pub company Fuller's to acquire it for £54m. A spokesperson for Fuller's said the group was 'disappointed' by Capital's decision not to engage in discussions so far.
