Chick ‘n’ Sours founders to launch guilt free fried chicken shop

The founders of London based Chick ‘n’ Sours have revealed plans to launch a 'guilt free' fried chicken shop in London's Baker Street in the summer.

The new outlet called CHIK’N will feature an all-day menu including breakfast, lunch and dinner made with ethically sourced ingredients, including free-range chickens sourced from Castlemead in Somerset.

The breakfast menu will include grilled CHIK’N sausage on a sourdough muffin with free-range egg and cheese, and a variety of pancakes.

The restaurants signature dish will be the chicken sandwiches made with buttermilk-brined chicken breast served on a warm, potato roll.

Owners Carl Clarke and David Wolanski, who already operate Chick ‘n’ Sour in Seven Dials and Haggerston are set to open the new branch in July.
