Restaurant, cafe and catering company, Benugo has announced plans to open its first site in Manchester.
The company plans to open the new site inside the XYZ building (pictured) on Hardman Boulevard in Spinningfields in September.
Similar to other Benugo branches, the Manchester site will offer freshly made deli sandwiches, including the popular New Yorker, made with turkey, bacon, sliced tomato. There will also be a selection of salads including the hot smoked salmon and avocado salad.
The branch will also feature a bakery on site with gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan options, including a new super-seed muffin.
