To welcome in the new season, London restaurant Hush is launching a truffle menu which will run from 18 September to 19 November.
Held in partnership with Amaro Montenegro famous Italian liqueurs, it will see the famous cobbled courtyard transformed into an enchanted Italian forest.
Entering through an arch dressed with richly coloured autumnal foliage, all gold,
amber and scarlet hues, guests will find themselves under a canopy of leaves and fairly lights.
Against this backdrop, diners will be served an array of truffle specials including
Truffle Scrambled Eggs with Toasted Brioche; Truffle Cacio e Pepe and Truffle &
Porcini Mushrooms with Parmesan Polenta, all served topped with shaved Italian
Autumn Black Truffles.
These dishes will be complemented by a selection of Montenegro cocktails curated-winning Aviator bar team and Montenegro brand ambassador Rudi Carraro. There will be Truffle Montenegroni created with truffle-infused Montenegro, gin and Select Apertivo, and the classic Montenegro serve, the M & Tonic with Montenegro, Franklin & Sons tonic and roasted rosemary.
The Montenegro team will be popping by to tell customers more about this aromatic Italian spirit, which uses 40 botanicals to create its illusive flavour.
