Claude Bosi at Bibendum awarded two Michelin stars

Claude Bosi at Bibendum in London's Chelsea has been awarded two Michelin stars, after chef Claude Bosi closed his two Michelin star Hibiscus last October, which he launched ten years earlier.

Bosi's Bibendum dishes include Wild garlic velouté with aged Parmesan, Cornish mussels in a light foam on an egg-set base of baby carrots, blood orange and saffron, and Wild strawberry vacherin with 100-year-old balsamic.

Sir Terence Conran and Paul Hamlyn first opened Bibendum in 1987, with Simon Hopkinson in the kitchen.

The restaurant closed in January this year for refurbishment and reopened as Claude Bosi at Bibendum in April.
