Australian-style cafe brand, Lantana is set to open a new site in London Bridge on 10 October.
The new outlet will join the original site in Fitzrovia, one in Shoreditch (pictured), and in Camden.
Lantana London Bridge, which is situated on the doorstep of Borough Market, will be open all day for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner.
Dishes will include Mauritian Chilli Cakes - Spiced split pea ‘falafel’ with tahini dressing, pickled red onion, cauliflower tabbouleh, pomegranate seeds, sumac almonds & flat bread crisps, Shredded duck tacos with wasabi avocado, radicchio, bean shoots & pickled ginger, and Twice cooked chicken wings with sticky soy & sesame seed glaze.
The new site will feature a large, open dining room set over two floors where diners can enjoy the brand's signature dishes, as well as some new additions.
The cafe will provide a takeaway service called ‘Lantana Out’, offering salads, grilled or poached meats and seafood, the highly awarded baked goods, and the Lantana Blend coffee.
