Aryzta brings authentic touch of hygee to caterers

UK foodservice specialist, Aryzta Food Solutions is exclusively unveiling three new Danish pastry lines that take authenticity to new levels.

The innovative flavours have been lovingly made in Denmark – the world famous home of the indulgent treat, before being frozen at source and made available to the UK market.

Supplied pre-proved and unbaked, the three new flavours; a Lemon Danish Plait, Mango & Passionfruit Danish Crown and Wild Canadian Blueberry Danish Crown, can be baked from frozen and ready to serve in a matter of minutes.

Crucially, because the range is supplied frozen, costly wastage can be easily controlled. This, alongside the products’ provenance, are key factors for operators to consider.

Available in cases of 48, The Lemon Danish Plait has a fresh and zingy lemon cheesecake-style filling, while the Mango & Passionfruit Danish Crown is filled with an exotic mix of the two complimentary fruits. The Wild Canadian Blueberry Danish Crown has a sweet, tangy and intense blueberry flavour – unique to wild Canadian blueberries – which is sure to go down a storm when accentuated on menus.

All three varieties are suitable for vegetarians and available from mid-June.
