Center Parcs has again achieved Visit England’s 5-star rating for all 4 sites. The Visit England representatives visited the villages as mystery guests, recording levels of cleanliness, service and facilities. Results of the mystery guest experience then translate into a rating.
Also, the group has invested almost £200,000 in The Venue, the events and conference area at Sherwood Forest. This refurbishment comes six months after £100,000 was invested in The Venue at Longleat Forest.
