Roux at Parliament Square launches French Feasting menu

Roux at Parliament Square is launching a new menu concept this month – French Feasting - ditching the fancy plated dishes and going family-style with hearty French classics, exclusively in the private dining rooms.

Head Chef Steve Groves has dug out the old Roux family cookery books and adapted their original recipes to create a collection of delicious sharing plates, intended for big groups to enjoy.

Dishes on the French Feasting menu include: Mouclade D’Aunis - curried mussels, Saucisson Lyonnaise en Brioche - Lyonnaise sausage in brioche, Ttoro- a rich fish stew, Gigot D’Agneau pré salé à notre façon - roast leg of salt marsh lamb 'our way', and Tarte des demoiselles tatin - Apple tarte tatin.

Michel Roux Jr opened Roux at Parliament Square in 2010, and the restaurant has since become renowned for its relaxed yet stylish setting, impeccable service, and contemporary European menus from Head Chef Steve Groves.
