Shake Shack launches Crispy Pickle Burger

Shake Shack is set to launch the Crispy Pickle Burger, a double Provolone cheese burger topped with crispy fried pickles, fresh onion & garlic mayo, available as a double (£10) or single (£6.75). It will be available from 12 September, at all Shacks, for two months only.

Hand packed pickles from Ricks Picks are made with seasonal produce. We sourced an aged Provolone; a semi-hard cheese from Italy. The beef in our burgers is 100% Aberdeen Angus, grass fed cattle which are finished on farms in an area stretching from Morayshire and Strathspey in the Cairngorms National Park to the outer fringes of Aberdeenshire, Scotland’s 'cattle country'.

A critically acclaimed, modern day 'roadside' burger stand, Shake Shack has earned a cult like following around the world. A fun and lively community gathering place, Shake Shack is known for its 100% Aberdeen Angus beef burgers, griddled flat-top dogs, fresh-made frozen custard and crispy crinkle cut fries, beer and wine, and more.

Shake Shack operates eight restaurants in London, most recently opening at Mansion House, and one outside London, in Cardiff.
