The New Walk Place cafe will offer a range of Fairtrade, organic coffee, cold presses and fresh juices, and breakfast, lunch and brunch dishes, as well as a children’s menus.

Offering much-loved classics as well as healthy, vegan and vegetarian dishes, all dishes will be available to eat in or take away in fully compostable boxes.

The menu will feature the Esquires Full Vegan, a vegan version of the much-loved full English, however favourites like the classic full English will still be a central feature of the all day breakfast menu.

The Turkey Bacon sandwich is an inspired twist on a breakfast favourite and makes for a perfect way to start the day. Seasonal food offerings will range from smashed avocado with chilli, tomato, and toasted buckwheat on toasted bloomer, to Baked Turkish Eggs and a range of deli sandwiches.

Esquires focus on sustainability and social responsibility; all fruit and vegetables are locally and sustainably grown where possible, and all eggs are British and Lion assured. Local famous ingredients will feature on the menu too, such as the famous Red Leicester cheese. It also supports the local community and uses independent and family-run suppliers from the South Coast whenever possible.

Colin Mason Byers, OPS Manager said, “Whether you want to meet friends for a quick coffee, take your time over a long lunch, pop in for a bite to eat with your dog, or study with friends, our shop is much more than a coffee house, it’s a cool and quirky environment, filled with communal tables and cosy seating.

'With the added benefit of delicious food and, of course, great coffee, we can’t wait to welcome our local community in!”
