Atis, a new lifestyle concept offering made-to-order salad and warm bowls, breakfast, artisanal coffee and a range of health drinks, will launch in London's Shoreditch on 7 October.
Founded by husband and wife, Eleanor Warder and Phil Honer, Atis will bring healthy and wholesome made-to-order salad bowls to City Road, the up-and-coming fringe of Old Street roundabout that features a spate of new restaurants and bars.
Created to satisfy a growing demand for healthy, balanced and wholesome food, the menu will include a selection of hearty warm and cold salad bowl combinations, as well as a breakfast and evening offering. Dishes have been created to promote a plant-forward but flexible lifestyle, with options for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters.
While a healthy lifestyle is at the core of everything atis does, guests can forget bland, gloomy looking salads – the menu has been thoughtfully created to maximise flavour and satisfaction, with the aim of making people feel energised too.
From the Asian-inspired Emperor bowl to the seasonal Kale Ploughman’s to the Indian-inspired Dahl-ing bowl, there is something for everyone.
Drinks will include a selection of specialist drinks, including Kombucha on tap, alcohol-free beer as well as cold-pressed juices and artisanal coffee.
Alongside being able to take breakfast, lunch and dinner away, guests are welcome to dine in, in what will be a modern, unique space thought up by Daytrip.Studio, who are the fashion-led interior designers behind Blok and House of Holland. Raw materials are blended with pops of colour to create a striking space, which has been designed to energise and uplift guests.
Warder, previously a sommelier at Noble Rot, said, “We have strived to create a modern and stylish space where people can come for a break outside of their working day and know that they can get a bowl of food that will be full of flavour, healthy and nutritious.
'The idea came from wanting to fill a need for a grab-and-go in London where the food, the space and the experience are all in line with each other – premium, modern and refreshing”.
Atis will be open from 7.30am to 8pm Monday – Friday and from 8.30am to 5pm Saturday.
