New pub company launches first site in Fulham


The Lunar Pub Company, a new London group, has opened its first pub and restaurant, The Hunter's Moon on Fulham Road, SW3.

Situated on the site that was formerly home to Zinna restaurant, the small pub seats 25 (pictured) at the front and there is a 48-cover dining room at the back.

Co-owner and Chef Director, Oliver Marlowe (The Glasshouse and Chez Bruce) and created the menu with Head Chef David Halewood (Clerkenwell's The Coach).

With a daily changing menu, dishes include Scallop ceviche with whipped avocado, pickled ginger & truffled ponzu, Slow roast suckling pork belly with apple tarte fine, Morteau sausage, choucroute and Madeira sauce, and Blackberry & custard pavlova with pink praline crunch.

For the pub menu, there are scotch eggs, sausage rolls and courgette and ricotta croquettes, Mersea oysters and hung British charcuterie.

The Lunar Pub Company is planning to open two more pubs in the next two years.
