Following a successful launch within the London area last month, Wright Brothers At Home is now delivering its restaurant-quality sustainable fish and seafood nationwide. Orders can be made from now for delivery to UK mainland addresses from Tuesday 16 June.
Since Wright Brothers At Home launched on 8 May, Londoners have ordered over 10,000 oysters and more than 500 lobsters, making them the most popular items as customers turn to premium home-delivery not only for their weekly shop, but also to make celebrations feel luxurious even in lockdown.
With this is mind, and Father’s Day approaching, Wright Brothers At Home have introduced a new Shell Out! box comprising a dozen Carlingford oysters, a Wright Brothers 'pro' oyster-knife, six scallops on the shell and a whole oven-ready turbot, serving four, for £75.
Co-founders Ben Wright and Robin Hancock commented, “Our aim was and still is to get the fishermen fishing, workers working and people cooking at home.
'We buy our fish from Brixham Fish Market, helping the local community there during challenging times and especially going into holiday season when they’re usually extremely busy.
'We’ve also brought twenty-six of our staff back into work from being furloughed. While we would like to be doing still more, we feel that we’re moving in the right direction.”
