Gladwin Brothers bring wild menu to homes with new delivery service

Talented brother team, Richard, Oliver and Gregory Gladwin (Gladwin Brothers) have launched a new delivery and collection menu from their acclaimed Notting Hill restaurant, The Shed.

They will bring the neighbourhood gem’s renowned ‘local and wild’ menu for the whole of West London to enjoy at home.

The Shed At Home will be the perfect chance for family and friends to tuck into a slice of the countryside with ingredients that have been largely sourced from the Gladwins’ family farm and vineyard in West Sussex.

Known for being a great date spot and gathering place for friends and family, The Shed’s new collection and delivery service will be a welcome addition for all of us currently staying at home.

The menu will showcase seasonal produce with sustainability at its heart. Small plates will include Langoustine tails with lardon and rocket pesto, mouthwatering Chorizo, labneh, kale, crisp bread and an English take on burrata with garden peas and wild garlic oil.

Main courses will include: a Shed hero dish of Devon brown crab Thermidor; the Gladwin’s famous Baron of beef wellington with truffled mushroom pate; Grilled sumac marinated courgettes with silver anchovies and a light and refreshing Nutbourne tomato and feta salad.

For those who opt for full indulgence, the pecan and cherry brownie with macerated strawberries can serve up to six people.

Customers can pair The Shed’s farm-to-folk dishes with the Gladwins’ very own cocktails including Elderflower, Strawberry Sprits and the British Negroni.

Wine is also available from their Nutbourne Vineyards with highlights including the Nutbourne Sussex Reserve - a beautiful English wine packed with green fruits, nettles and elderflower; Nutbourne Rose - a delicate pale rose wine made from Pinot Noir & Bacchus and Chinon Rouge, Richards favourite summer red, available room temp or chilled for those evenings sitting in the garden.
