St Pancras Renaissance Hotel launches Botanist Gin Terrace


One of London's most iconic venues, St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel has teamed up wuth Hebridean island of Islay's Bruichladdich Distillery, producer of The Botanist Gin, to launch The Botanist Gin Terrace.

With alfresco season well and truly upon us, the stylish RoofGarden St. Pancras encapsulates The Botanist Gin’s Scottish heritage and unique, wild flavours in the heart of London’s King Cross.

Running from now throughout summer, the terrace offers a botanical haven escape from the city streets. Guests are surrounded by beautiful greenery and contemporary decor inspired by the Hotel’s garden exteriors and The Botanist Gin’s natural origins.

With garden chairs, sofas and even a playful The Botanist Gin swing, the space serves to provide ultimate relaxation for diners to sip and savour sundowners and seasonal The Botanist Gin cocktails whilst soaking in the scenery and views of the famed British Library.

The terrace cocktail menu features The Botanist Gin twists such as: The Botanist Negroni, The Botanist Spritz, The Botanist Cosmo of 1934 and the classic The Botanist Gin & Tonic.

Alongside drinks, guests can tuck into a host of light sharing plates and sweet treats, from Mini Fish’N’Chips and Wood-Fired Oven-Baked Pizzas to Madagascan Vanilla vegan ice cream and Strawberry & basil sorbet tubs.
