Following the news that RedCat Pub Company had just acquired 28 sites, the new Rooney Anand firm has bought a further four sites from Knead Pub Group.
The former CEO of Greene King acquired the following pubs:
Prince Rupert in Newark, Nottinghamshire (pictured)
Smith's of Bourne, Lincolnshire
Jubilee Garage, Bourne, Lincolnshire
Lord Nelson, Oakham, Rutland.
After the sale, the Knead Pub Group operates The Crown Hotel, Paten & Co, and The Tobie Norris, all in Stamford, Lincolnshire.
Yesterday, we reported that RedCat Pub Company has bought the 18-strong Coaching Inn Group, the five-strong Little Britain Pub Company in Leicestershire, and the five-site Gusto Pronto Group in Suffolk.
Now with the extra four Knead Pub Group sites, and the 42 Stonegate sites bought in February, plus a few single sites, RedCat Pub Company's has around 80 sites.
