Costa Coffee relaunches rewards scheme


Costa Coffee has today announced the relaunch of its Costa Club rewards scheme, aimed at giving customers even more rewards for purchasing their favourite cup of Costa Coffee.

Having recently celebrated its 10th anniversary, the newly relaunched scheme will see Points swapped to Beans.

From the end of September, Costa Club members will receive one Bean for every barista crafted hot or cold drink of any size, purchased from a Costa Coffee store nationwide. For those visiting one of our 11,000+ Costa Express machines nationwide, customers will also be awarded one Bean per drink purchase.

Once a Costa Club member has earned eight Beans, customers will receive a voucher for a free barista-crafted drink of any size to redeem at any Costa Coffee store nationwide.

Customers can now earn two Beans when purchasing their favourite handcrafted drink in their reusable cup. The added incentive to go green ensures that those bringing in their own reusable can claim a free drink for every four drink purchases.

Costa Club members will also receive exclusive offers personalised to them on the updated scheme, including more ways to earn bonus Beans throughout the year and a free treat from our sweet counter on their Birthday.

Over the month of September 2021 existing Costa Club members will be switched over to the updated scheme and will be notified via email of when their account has been updated.

Costa Club members will not lose any acquired Points or previously earned benefits in the changeover to the updated scheme. Any free drink rewards earned by Points will be automatically converted to the equivalent value in Beans and current balances will also be transferred.

Those not a Costa Club member will need to register via the Costa Coffee mobile app, which is available to download for free on both iPhones and Android smartphones. In addition to gaining great rewards on drink purchases, and a free treat from the sweet counter on their birthday, Costa Club members can use the app to place their order for delivery or in advance of their visit, enabling them to skip the queue!
