Stansted Airport is to improve its foodservice offer, by introducing several new dining and shopping concepts over the coming months

New ‘grab and go’ coffee concept Joe’s Coffee House has already opened in the main departure lounge. Next to open will be The Illustrations, a ‘rock style’ café and then Italian espresso bar Café Piccolo, both of which will also be located in Stansted’s departure area. Meanwhile global luxury home and body cosmetics brand Rituals has opened a permanent store in the Departures lounge, following the success of its mobile unit at the airport.
It is understood Stansted will announce further high-street names due to open in the airport shortly.
