Long term capital investments company The Business Growth Fund, has taken a minority stake in restaurant operator and caterer Peyton and Byrne, with a view now to expand its bakery and café concept.
Peyton and Byrne has a turnover of £20m and is run by Great British Menu star Oliver Peyton and his sister Siobhan Peyton. The company operates two bakery sites in London, and a number of restaurants also in the capital at venues such as Kew Gardens and the Wallace Collection.
The Business Growth Fund already has a stake in the Wear Inns pub company and restaurant chain Barburrito.
