Kim Ratcharoen returns to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay as Head Chef

Gordon Ramsay has announced the return of Kim Ratcharoen to his 3 Michelin Star, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, as Head Chef.

Ratcharoen previously worked in the business for several years, leaving as Senior Sous Chef to take a personal Sabbatical.

Following a gritty performance on the BBC’s Great British Menu, Ratcharoen took some much-needed time out. She went travelling around the UK, cooking at private dining experiences, and visiting some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants gaining even more valuable insights into the UK’s incredible fine-dining scene.

Ramsay commented, “I’m so happy to have Kim back at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, she is an incredible chef who is ambitious and hugely talented.

'She brings a wonderful focus and energy into the kitchen, and we are lucky to have her leading the brigade under the powerful guidance of Chef Patron, Matt Abé, at our beautiful Chelsea restaurant.”

Ratcharoen added, “I’m delighted to return to Restaurant Gordon Ramsay. I feel honoured and humbled that Gordon and Matt have shown so much trust in me and I’m truly excited to take on the role as Head Chef.”
