Legends and Jamie Oliver team up for Manchester City

Manchester City Football club have signed a new catering team for its Etihad Stadium, replacing Lindley Venue Catering who held the contract since 2003.

The new caterers come in the form of a joint venture between US-based hospitality business Legends and Jamie Oliver’s Fabulous Feasts. They have signed a 10-year deal reported to be worth £5m a year in turnover which will see the teams deliver both match-day and non-match day catering on the concourse and in the venue’s six restaurants.

The 48,000-seat stadium also includes 11 kitchens, 19, bars and 69 corporate hospitality boxes, as well as conference and exhibition facilities.

Consultant chef John Benson-Smith, who has worked with the Club since 2002, is expected to continue his work at the stadium.
