£1.45m Dartmouth hotel seeks new ownership

Browns Hotel in Dartmouth has come to market for £1.45m though Savills and Stephen Page & Partners, have been appointed by a private client, to sell

Browns is a chic, four-storey, townhouse hotel located in the heart of Dartmouth on Victoria Road, within close proximity to the town centre shops, cafes and world-renowned harbour.
