Restaurant Associates appoint new Culinary Director
Adam Thomason previously worked in Restaurant Associates and the wider Compass Group business for a number of years, leaving in 2021, where he has been working in hospitality. Adam has an exceptional track record and has achieved Master of Culinary Arts and he is currently Captain of the England Culinary Team.
Commenting on his appointment Matt Thomas, Managing Director, Restaurant Associates said: “I am delighted to be welcoming Adam back to our business.
He is an exceptionally talented individual. He is incredibly creative and really understands what clients and customers want and he has flair and a strong sense of purpose that will enable us to continually innovate and deliver great dishes and experiences to our customers too. We have kept in touch with Adam over the years and I can’t think of a better person to drive forward our food and people first strategy.”
Adam Thomason added: “It’s fantastic to be back with Restaurant Associates, in support of Matt’s leadership. It’s a privilege to be heading up such a talented culinary team.
I have so many ideas and plans that will see great food, as well as our people at the centre of our offer. It’s a really exciting time in the contract catering and hospitality industry.
Our customers are wanting and expecting more from their food offers, with health and sustainability now expected. With food becoming much more of an important part of client entertaining and the workplace experience, I am looking forward to introducing new ideas, concepts and opportunities in the coming weeks.”
