brandXchange Announces Investment and Partnership with Canadian-based Leadfox Technology Inc. Ltd (brandXchange), a London-based company which provides AI software-based solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) globally, has entered into an investment and partnership term sheet with Leadfox Technology Inc., a frontrunner in marketing technology applications.

This alliance, which includes an equity acquisition by brandXchange in Leadfox, opens up access by Leadfox to 110 million SMEs through brandXchange’s telco distribution network, managed by Radian Arc, which spans 18 countries.

The collaboration will capitalize on this network to distribute Leadfox's innovative AI sales and marketing technologies, enhancing an SME’s revenue growth and customer engagement capability wherever they are in the world.

Leadfox application is already used by over 7000 users in over 100 countries and is at the forefront of the marketing technology industry, offering intuitive tools for email marketing, landing pages, pop-ups, and analytics.

The service enables businesses to execute efficient and impactful marketing campaigns to increase revenue and reduce customer churn. Leadfox’s current integration of advanced AI for hyper-personalization further enhances the precision and effectiveness of customer engagement on a hyper-local to global basis
