The UK's largest independent hotel group has unveiled a transformative rebranding, showcasing its commitment to surpassing guest expectations and delivering outstanding experiences across its growing portfolio of hotels.
Bespoke Hotels, comprising over 70 independent hotels throughout the British Isles, has announced a comprehensive rebranding initiative. This includes a refreshed website, new brochures, and an enhanced identity, underscoring Bespoke Hotels' dedication to its partners, stakeholders, and guests. This effort aims to strengthen its leadership in the hospitality industry.
The updated brand underscores Bespoke Hotels' strategic emphasis on expansion, enabling it to accommodate a broader spectrum of travelers and destinations. Throughout this evolution, the brand remains steadfast in its core values of exceptional service, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to treating each guest as an individual.
The multi-pronged strategy includes substantial investment in a newly revamped website to boost its direct booking channel. Additionally, a leisure breaks brochure will be distributed across all hotels to encourage cross-selling within the portfolio. Each hotel will also be adorned with a plaque, identifying it as part of the Bespoke Hotel family, thereby reinforcing the brand's presence.
Thomas Greenall, Chief Executive Officer of Bespoke Hotels, said: “This isn’t just a visual refresh; it’s a comprehensive strategy designed to create lasting value for our stakeholders. As we look to the future, we are committed to staying ahead of the curve and innovating to provide value to our owners and meet the ever-changing needs of our guests. We thank everyone for their continued support as we embark on this exciting new chapter.”
The year 2024 has proven significant for Bespoke Hotels, characterised by the enhancement of its current portfolio through various development projects. This encompasses the launch of two new Gotham locations, alongside several other hotel openings and refurbishments throughout the collection.
