Hertfordshire Peach Pub Company, which is led by Lee Cash and Hamish Stoddart, is eyeing up three more sites to open as it continues its plan to open four new sites in 2013 alone.
The company is first set to re-open a Spirit Chef & Brewer site, The Chequers Chef & Brewer in Ebersley Cross, near Hook, Hampshire, in June following a £200,000 refurbishment. It is transferring from its managed to leased division.
Peach opened just one new site in 2012, its fourth Greene King venue, The Star and Garter in Leamington Spa (pictured), but is now at heads-of-terms stage on a second site for 2013 and there is a third site it is in negotiations with.
The company did however see negative like-for-likes in 2012 but has enjoyed stronger sales month-by-month so far in 2013.
