US chophouse company, One Group, which operates 21 restaurants in the US and London as well as a hospitality division providing food and beverage operations in hotel properties, is planning a UK expansion.
There are seven outlets branded STK - a chic steakhouse catering to women - including one in London within the ME Hotel on the Strand. The company hopes to operate up to 50 worldwide. In addition, the company will roll out a more casual version of the steakhouse called Rebel STK.
One Group estimates it will generate $125 million in revenue in 2013.
