Brindisa, the London based Spanish tapas group, is set to open Bindisa Food Rooms, a new bar-shop operation in Brixton later this month.
The new concept will be a part-shop, bar/restaurant with the shop selling the majority of the ingredients used in the restaurant attached next door. The shop is to open first on 20 January, with the restaurant space opening in early February.
Brindisa, which has been importing Spanish produce to the UK for 25 years now, also operates a shop at Borough Markets and restaurants in Soho, London Bridge, South Kensington and Shoreditch.
