Planning documents submitted to Plymouth Council reveal how the 1950’s-style diner could move into a unit on the first floor of the Drake Circus shopping centre and replace
the Dappa Me men’s clothing shop.

Ed’s Easy Diner CEO Andrew Guy said, “We are very excited about bringing our diner to Plymouth within one of the most popular shopping centres in the South West”.

Ed’s Easy Diner recently opened its 24th site in Lord Street, Liverpool. The group has also topped the 2014 Zolfo Cooper Profit tracker, a list of the 50 fastest growing restaurant and bar companies.
