Peyton & Byrne celebrates Inn the Park £15m contract extension


Upmarket contract caterer, Peyton & Byrne has won a £15m, five-year extension to manage the Inn the Park restaurant, bar and cafe in London's St James’s Park.

Inn the Park, which was the first year round British park restaurant, is currently celebrating its 10 year anniversary.

Offering a breakfast to dinner menu each day, the outlet offers healthy, seasonal dishes sources from local specialist suppliers, rare breed farmers and artisan producers.

At the start of May, the kitchen saw a state of the art barbecue added allowing for dishes such as half rack of White Park slow cooked, maple glazed short ribs to be added to the menu.

The restaurant, which offers seating for up to 120, has seen a new bar added on the main terrace. The upper terrace is available for private parties for up to 100 guests.
