Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced plans, with the Reignwood Group, to transform London’s grade II listed Ten Trinity Square building into a luxury hotel and residential development.
The Reignwood Group is a major Chinese investment and development firm and has just acquired the former Port of London Authority building.
With 98 guestrooms and suites, the site of Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square will also include 41 private residences – Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons – as well as a private member’s club.
