Palatine Private Equity-backed The Alchemist is set to open its new Nottingham outlet on Saturday, 10 February.
Following a £1.65m investment, the new bar and restaurant (pictured), which overlooks the Old Market Square, is the company's 13th site.
The Alchemist Nottingham is situated on the former Hard Rock Cafe site on King Street and covers 6,500 sq ft over two floors.
Next to open in April will be the 5,200 sq ft Alchemist Bristol, which will undergo a £1.3m refurbishment over its two floors.
A Cardiff site has also been earmarked. It will be the first Welsh venue for the Alchemist, with a total investment of £1.6m across the 5,900 sq ft site.
