This spring, the renowned five-red-AA-star Lucknam Park hotel in Wiltshire will introduce a new restaurant and two guest cottages.
The existing brasserie will undergo a relaunch as the Walled Garden Restaurant, featuring a variety of seasonal produce sourced from the hotel's surrounding estate and kitchen garden.
During the day, Head Chef Alex Greene will offer sharing plates like free-range pork chop paired with crab apple verjus, spring greens, and roasted turnip. In the evenings, à la carte options will include dishes such as flat iron steak with béarnaise sauce and skinny fries.
Scheduled for launch this April, the Walled Garden Restaurant has been meticulously designed to complement the offerings of the hotel's Restaurant Hywel Jones, which has proudly held a Michelin star since 2006.
Lucknam Park will further enhance its accommodation offerings by introducing two additional cottages. The Apple Tree and Pear Tree cottages will boast two bedrooms, log-burning fireplaces, and private gardens.
Currently, the hotel features seven guest cottages, spanning from the one-bedroom Gate House to the four-bedroom Squire's Cottage.
This year, the Relais & Châteaux property will enhance its spa with the addition of an experiential shower and infra-red sauna. Additionally, the hotel's equestrian centre has introduced an Outdoor School, catering to guests of all levels of horse-riding proficiency.

Lucknam Park, boasting 43 bedrooms, is nestled within 500 acres of listed parkland and gardens, with origins tracing back to 1720. It remained a cherished family home until 1987.
