Cameron House opens La Vista Italian restaurant

La Vista restaurant, along with a deli and food shop, has been recently unveiled at Cameron House on Loch Lomond in Scotland.

The location, previously known as the Boat House restaurant on the marina, has undergone a transformation into a contemporary Italian dining establishment boasting 138 seating options.

Headed by Chef Mark Pawsey, the restaurant will operate seven days a week, serving delectable Italian fare from breakfast to dinner. Chef Pawsey's menu showcases authentic Italian cuisine, featuring small aperitivo plates and cicchetti, as well as larger signature mains, handmade pastas, and wood-fired pizzas crafted in a Valoriani oven.

Cameron House has allocated £2 million towards the revitalisation of the restaurant, with BJM Design handling the interiors to maximise the breathtaking panoramic views.

Additionally, the venue will feature an informal 'Mercato' deli complete with a dining area accommodating up to 50 guests. Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase hampers and pantry essentials, including olive oils, pesto, vinegars, cured meats, Italian cheeses, and wines.

The introduction of the new restaurant and deli aligns with the resort's strategy to enhance its meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) offerings, solidifying its status as a premier destination in Scotland.

La Vista adds to the array of food and beverage options available at the resort, complementing establishments such as the Cameron Grill, the Tavern, the Clubhouse, the Monarch Room, the Lobby Bar, and the whisky bar, the Great Scots Bar.
