Jason Thomas has stepped down as managing director of ASK Italian, the restaurant chain that forms part of the Bridgepoint Capital-backed Azzurri Group.
Thomas joined ASK in August last year from his position as Operations Director at Whitbread Hotels & Restaurants.
The ASK brand launched in 1992 and currently operates around 107 locations across the UK. The outlets offer a modern Italian menu of pizza (sourdough bases are a new addition), pasta, dressed salads, anti pasti and gelati.
